Initial public issue of 1,75,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Nirmitee Robotics India Limited ("NRIL" or The "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 185 per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 3.24 crores ("The Issue") , of which 9,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 1,65,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
