Initial Public offering of up to (*) equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (the "exchange" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.(*) per equity share ("offer price"), aggregating up to Rs.(*) Crores, comprising a fresh issue of up to (*) equity shares by the exchange, aggregating up to Rs.100 Crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of up to 14,453,774 equity shares by the selling shareholders (as defined hereinafter) aggregating up to Rs.(*) Crores (the "offer for sale" and together with the fresh issue referred to as the "offer"). The offer shall constitute (*)% of the Post-Offer paid-up equity share capital of the exchange.
The Price Band will be decided by the exchange in consultation with the selling shareholders and the book running lead managers ("brlms" as defined hereinafter) and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the exchange.
