Initial public offering of up to 18,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "equity shares") of Nakshatra World Limited (formerly known as Gitanjali Brands Limited) ("NWL" or "The Company" or The "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.
