Initial public offer of 190,721,649 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited ("company") for cash at a price of Rs. 291 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 281 per equity share) ("offer price") aggregating up to Rs. 5550 Crores comprising a fresh issuance of 10,309,278 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 300 Crores by the company ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 180,412,371 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 5250 Crores by Singapore VII Topco III pte. Ltd. ("selling shareholder") and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholder, the "offered shares") (such offer by the selling shareholder, the "offer for sale" and together with the fresh issue, the "offer"). The offer shall constitute 32.70% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The Face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each. The Offer price is 29.10 times the face value of the equity shares.
